From a governmental office to a hip agency to large corporations such as Nokia and Microsoft, I've been lucky enough to work and grow in different kinds of work environments. For the last 9+ years I've worked at Spotify, helping shape the future of audio listening, and gaining experience in scaling an organization from roughly 300 people to 6000. I've managed a team of 11 people and led Spotify’s growth design team. Most recently, I've worked as a principal designer, doing hands-on designing while leading some of the most impactful company bets such as redesigning Spotify’s free tier or launching in India.

I do like pretty decks, but I am driven by what ends up being built and shipped. To increase the chances of a high-quality outcome, it’s crucial to nail the first steps of the process to ensure that the team is solving the right problem and in the right way. Everything goes more smoothly when key people have the same information and a chance to contribute to the hypotheses that designers explore solutions for. Agreeing on what is built as the MVP is typically the most challenging part, but it gets easier when the decision-makers have a shared vision that designers are best equipped to make tangible.
I love face to face workshops but feel comfortable facilitating design sprints remotely as well.
